Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the JanuzFlow website. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by me, David, founder of JanuzFlow — an independent brand and Webflow design studio based in Serbia. You can reach me at januzflow@gmail.com.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site for personal and business purposes. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break or overload the site, scrape it at scale, inject malicious code or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, graphics, code and branding on this website belong to me. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content or design without my written permission.
4. Portfolio work
Case studies show work I designed and built. Each case study states whether it is a client project, a concept project or a course project. Concept and course projects use fictional brands and are shown to demonstrate process and skills. Any third-party names, trademarks or images that appear in screenshots belong to their respective owners.
Performance figures such as Lighthouse scores are measured at a specific point in time and may change as sites are updated.
5. Calls and enquiries
Discovery calls booked through the website are free and do not create any obligation for either side. Information you share on a call or by email is treated as confidential and used only to prepare a proposal.
6. Project engagements
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of deliverables for any project are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract, which takes priority over these terms.
7. Liability
I work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from external websites I link to, such as live project sites or Cal.com. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. For how I handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
