This policy explains what personal data I collect when you visit this website, book a call, phone or message me on WhatsApp, or send me an email, why I collect it and what rights you have. It is short because I collect very little.

1. Who I am

JanuzFlow is an independent brand and Webflow design studio founded and run by me, David, based in Serbia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, I am the data controller for the data described below.

Contact: januzflow@gmail.com

2. Data I collect

  • Booking data. When you schedule a call through the Cal.com booking calendar on this site, you provide your name, email address, the time you selected and anything you choose to write in the booking form. Cal.com checks my calendar to show only free slots.
  • Email correspondence. If you email me, I receive your email address, name and the content of your message.
  • Technical data. My hosting provider and content delivery networks automatically process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the website securely.
  • Cookie preferences. Your cookie choices are stored so you aren’t asked again on every visit.
  • Phone calls and WhatsApp. If you call me or message me on WhatsApp, I receive your phone number, the name shown by your phone or WhatsApp profile, and the content of our conversation. Booked calls take place on Google Meet.

Free AI audit form: if you request a free audit, I collect your email address and website URL. I use them only to prepare and send your audit and to reply to you. Submissions are stored by Webflow, the host of this website, and kept under the same retention rules as other enquiries.

I don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this website. If that changes, they will only load after you give consent and this policy will be updated.

3. How I use your data and why

  • To reply to enquiries and hold discovery calls — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To deliver and secure the website — legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To show the booking calendar and schedule calls — the Cal.com calendar is a core function of the contact section, so it loads for every visitor. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in offering a simple way to book a call (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I never sell your data and never use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies store your cookie preferences and keep the site working; they don’t require consent. The Cal.com booking calendar is embedded in the contact section and may set its own strictly functional cookies and local storage (for example, to remember your time zone and the slot you are booking). It does not use them for advertising. Any analytics or marketing tools I may add in the future will only load after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer or by clearing cookies in your browser. More details: Cal.com privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

  • Webflow, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and delivery.
  • Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — booking calendar and call scheduling, connected to my Google Calendar to show availability.
  • Google LLC (USA) — email (Gmail) and calendar.
  • jsDelivr — content delivery network for open-source scripts used on the site.
  • WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. — only if you choose to message me on WhatsApp. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, but WhatsApp processes your phone number and usage data under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long I keep data

Enquiry and booking data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a project, in which case it is kept for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Cookie preferences are stored for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email me and I will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the data protection authority in your EU country.

8. Contact and changes

Questions about this policy: januzflow@gmail.com. I may update this policy when my services or tools change; the date at the top always shows the latest version.
